This 1996 Ferrari F512 M is one of approximately 501 examples produced between 1994 and 1996. It was reportedly delivered new in Italy and spent some time in Japan before being purchased by the selling dealer from Denmark and imported to the US in April 2023. Finished in red with black leather upholstery, the car is powered by a 4.9-liter flat-12 mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The equipment includes a Kreissieg F1Sound exhaust system, 18″ multi-piece wheels, side straights, fixed headlights, air conditioning, electric windows and a gated shifter. A service carried out by Formula Automobile AS in Lyngby, Denmark, in November 2022 included the installation of replacement timing belts, spark plugs and fuel pumps, as well as a recharge of the air conditioning system.

The Pininfarina-designed F512 M was the final installment of the Testarossa with revised headlights, taillights and bumper covers compared to the outgoing 512 TR. This example was reportedly repainted under previous ownership in Japan and features fixed headlamps, fog lamps, NACA hood ducts, side screens, dual side view mirrors and quad exhausts exiting through the rear hatch.

The leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel features a 320 km/h speedometer, a 10 km/h tachometer and coolant temperature and oil pressure gauges. Auxiliary meters are mounted in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows less than 20 miles, of which approximately 220 miles have been credited to the current owner. The cockpit is covered with black leather upholstery on the seats, door panels and dashboard.

The 4.9-liter DOHC flat-12 received updates over the version used in the 512 TR, including a revised crankshaft and titanium connecting rods. Power was rated at 432 hp and 367 lb-ft of torque when new. In November 2022, the timing belt was replaced and gaskets, spark plugs, fuel pumps and oil were changed. The results of a compression test in March 2023 can be seen in the gallery. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox and a limited-slip differential.

Replacement support beams for both the hood and tailgate were installed in November 2022. The multi-piece Speedline 18″ alloy wheels are fitted with 235/40 front tires and 295/35 rear tires from Michelin Pilot Sport, which were fitted in February 2023. Stopping power is provided by black Ferrari brake calipers above ventilated brake discs at each corner. New brake fluid was added in September 2020. The air conditioning system was refilled with R134a refrigerant in November 2022.

The included factory booklets were reportedly ordered after the original set was lost under previous ownership and the warranty card states "Duplicato". The Carfax report lists two citations in Georgia in May 2023 and notes no accidents or other damage.
